Your consent when you contact us; the performance of the engagement when you are a client; and our legal obligations (for example, tax rules and anti-money-laundering rules).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a case: up to [one year]. Client files: for the time required by law and the limitation periods of any liability.

Who we share it with
