Family & divorce in Salamanca.
When a couple separates, the hardest questions are practical ones: where the children will live, who pays what, what happens with the home. We help you answer them with an agreement whenever possible, and in court when there is no other way.

(How we work)
Step by step
How we
work.
Every case is different. The way we treat you isn’t: clear options, fees in writing and no surprises.
We listen first
In the first consultation we go through your situation and your papers, and tell you which options you have and how long each one usually takes.
We look for an agreement
If there is room to agree, we draft a parenting plan and a separation agreement that a judge can approve without a trial.
We go to court if needed
When an agreement isn’t possible, we prepare the case with you and explain every step before it happens.
