Andrés joined Lucía in 2003 to open the employment and business side of the firm. He advises employees facing a dismissal and small companies that need to do things properly from the start.
He is known for answering the phone and for doing the numbers before anything else: what you are owed, what it would cost to claim and what is realistic. He spent several years in Porto and works comfortably in Portuguese.
